110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensee has a cord to a phone charger in the preschool room drawer, 2 cords to large speakers, and several cords to microphones, cords to a sounds system, and a vacuum cleaner, in the big room. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee had a plastic bag around a drinking fountain, plastic bags accessible in the kitchen cupboards. 110-300-0165(3)(a) In the kitchen area Licensee has sharp nails, screws, two sharp peelers, several knifes in a knife block on the counter, hammers, and sharp plyers. 110-300-0165(3)(d) Licensee has a secondary refrigerator and freezer accessible in the kitchen area that is accessible to the children. 110-300-0165(3)(f) Licensee has two large speakers in the big room three microphone stands, a music stand, one silver stand, that are tipping hazards that needs to make inaccessible or secured. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensee has flaking paint in the hallway areas and on the kitchen door jam and door, storage room door, in the preschool room, window trim, back of the door in the daycare room, two window trims in the big room. Chipping paint inthe girls batrhoom wall, and the boys bathroom has a brown stool by the sinks that has chipping paint.
